In just a few hours the 2021 legislative session will be kicking off in Cheyenne, and this will undoubtedly be one of the strangest sessions that we have had in years.

As of this moment, it appears that the legislature may have a brief two week session regarding the budget, then effectively adjourn for several months, before returning in April to finish the rest of the 2021 session.

While we always have to be on guard for our freedoms when the legislature is in session, that goes doubly true this year, where so much of the people’s business will be conducted outside of the people’s house!

Even though gun owners CRUSHED moderates during last year’s primary and general election, anti-gun Republicans are still going to be a threat to us this year.

In fact, our sources indicate that FIX-NICS legislation may be back on the drawing board this session!

As you know, this is the legislation that would allow you to be denied your gun rights before you’ve been convicted of a crime, based solely on the word of mental health staffers — who are being paid by the government!

So even though session is just getting underway, I hope you will immediately sign your petition opposing FIX-NICS legislation here in Wyoming!

Help Us Stop FIX-NICS Gun Control!

But our primary offensive agenda item this year will be the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) for Wyoming.  

As you may know, SAPA legislation would nullify federal gun control laws here in Wyoming by requiring Wyoming peace officers to ONLY enforce gun laws passed by the Wyoming legislature.

And what’s more, should a governmental entity here in Wyoming ignore SAPA and try to enforce federal gun control laws, they could be brought into civil court for damages immediately!

With Joe Biden certain to launch severe attacks against our gun rights immediately, SAPA legislation will be the only thing standing between your freedom and radical gun control.

The only question is: will the Wyoming legislature do their job and pass this vital legislation, or will they kill all of the gun bills, as they have done for the last several years now?

Don’t let them get away with this again in 2021, sign your petition in support of SAPA legislation immediately!

Demand Action on SAPA Law in 2021!

I don’t know about you, but the fact that we have to fight so hard to pass pro-gun bills like this here in Wyoming is outrageous!

But after the incredible results of the primary election last year, insiders report that the politicians in Cheyenne are nervous and desperately want to pass something this year.

So it’s vital that we FLOOD the legislature with calls and emails, demanding passage of SAPA law in 2021!

Please take action on both of these petitions right away.

Gun owners here in Wyoming sent a loud message last year during the elections, but it would be a mistake to assume that we can sit back and just hope for the best in 2021.

We need to constantly remind the politicians in Cheyenne who they work for, and who they will answer to during the next election cycle if they continue blocking our gun rights.
