Moments after the U.S. Senate gaveled in Thursday, Florida Republican Senator Little Marco Rubio introduced Senate Bill 7 — ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation.
This is the fight I’ve warned about for months, and now it’s finally here.
In a nutshell, ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation would allow for government confiscation of your firearms before you’ve been indicted, charged, or convicted — of anything!
It destroys the concept of ‘innocent until proven guilty’ and obliterates our due process rights.
What’s worse, the NRA supports ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures!’
Please contact our U.S. Senators Mike Enzi and John Barrasso right now, and tell them to oppose Senate Bill 7, ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation.
We’ve made this super easy, using our ‘Gun Rights Action Center.’ So please take a moment to:
>>> Send them this pre-written email, which takes just seconds!
>>> Send them a message on their Facebook page, demanding that they do not support this legislation.

Bloomberg’s lobbyists are working the halls of Capitol Hill in D.C. demanding gun control be rammed down the throats of Americans.
We must fight back against this unconstitutional power grab.
