‘Gun Free Zones’ are deadly and every gun owner in Wyoming knows that. But so does every criminal. That’s why almost 100% of mass shootings take place in these areas where gun owners are not allowed to defend themselves.
Here in Wyoming, our State Capitol is off limits to gun owners.
So is the University of Wyoming, including all satellite offices around the state.
And so are our schools, meaning that our most vulnerable citizens are sitting ducks.
WYGO put this bill on Governor Mead’s desk in 2017, but he vetoed it. We did it again, in 2024, but Governor Gordon vetoed it. Help us pass this bill early in 2025, so we can override a veto from Gordon when he vetoes it again!
