SF-109 would ban ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ in Wyoming in almost all circumstances, and would enact civil penalties allowing you to sue any agency who violates this law in civil court for damages!
Thanks to your support, this bill passed both chambers and has wide support across Wyoming! Now it’s time for Governor Gordon to sign SF-109 into law, but he’s getting a lot of pressure from the anti-gun lobby to VETO the bill.
