Three years ago, I tried to tell the Secretary of State Ed Buchanan that he was being a power-hungry dictator when he demanded a list of WYGO’s donors.

Buchanan didn’t listen to me.

After WYGO members booted 6 anti-gun RINOs out of office during the 2020 elections, Buchanan demanded a list of WYGO’s members… or he was going to force us to pay a fine.

We paid Buchanan’s silly First Amendment tax — then we sued him and the State of Wyoming in Federal Court!

And I’m pleased to tell you that earlier today the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Wyoming Gun Owners, stating that Wyoming’s campaign finance law is unconstitutional! 

In the coming days, we will give you a comprehensive breakdown of this monumental victory for the First Amendment.
