Last week was a busy one in Cheyenne as RINO politicians in the Senate desperately pushed to move the FAKE SAPA bill (S.F. 102) through their chamber and over to the House.
And in the House, I testified against S.F. 102 on behalf of the members of Wyoming Gun Owners before the House Judiciary Committee because of the problems with this bill!
The committee voted to approve the bill with some small amendments, and it may be voted on in the House at any moment.

The treatment that gun owners have received from Senator Larry Hicks and Gun Owners of America this session when it comes to the Second Amendment Preservation Act has been totally shameful!
As I covered in the video, this bill is far from being the SAPA legislation that Wyomingites need to protect them from the Executive Orders that are only a few months away from taking effect. S.F. 102 protects the careers of politicians who are looking for cover during the primaries.
Again, take a look at the awful compromises that have been built into this bill so far!
Fake SAPA legislation (S.F. 102) gutted the provision that lets gun owners take agencies who violate SAPA into court for civil damages. Instead, the county attorney gets to decide whether or not to file criminal charges against the department. We all know that will never happen.
Fake SAPA legislation (S.F. 102) gutted our language that prevents Wyoming cops from being used by the ATF on a federal task force to confiscate our guns. Instead, it specifically allows Biden to use Wyoming cops to enforce his gun control agenda, as long as he pays the bill!
Fake SAPA legislation (S.F. 102) gutted the specific language from S.F. 87/H.B. 133 that spells out what Wyoming cops could and could not do…and replaced it with hopelessly vague language that is wide open for abuse!

And it’s not Wyoming Gun Owners who is saying this, either. The Tenth Amendment Center has published multiple articles on the sham SAPA bill that is being pushed by RINOs here in Cheyenne.

The final vote on this bill could happen very soon in the House, and that’s why it’s vital that you send this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL to your State Representative and tell him that S.F. 102 is an insult to gun owners — and that you’re not falling for it!
