You and I are truly living in dangerous times.
Even while Joe Biden and the Radical Left work to ban the sale of AR-15s, they know that they have a problem since there are already an estimated 20-25 million of them in circulation.
That’s why Biden’s allies just filed S. 3589, legislation that would make it a FELONY CRIME to train with an AR-15 or similar firearm in groups of three or more!
This is not a joke.
And it gets much worse.
If you’re pressed for time, please make sure that you sign your petition against S. 3589, so Senators Barrasso and Lummis (and Congresswoman Hageman) know that you demand they oppose this bill!

The arrogance of this bill is hard to overstate.
The title of the bill is the “Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act of 2024.” To Biden and our want-to-be overlords in D.C., anyone who trains with an AR-15 with more than two of their friends is engaged in paramilitary activity!
Biden wants to prevent that or arrest us for this ‘crime.’
Specifically, S. 3589 would:
Criminalize groups of 3 of more people training with an AR-15 or any other firearm that holds over 10 rounds of ammo.
Criminalize going out of state to receive firearms training, something that countless gun owners do every year.
Criminalize training with magazines that hold over 10 rounds of ammunition, which are all modern rifles and handguns.
Allow Merrick Garland to sue you in civil court in advance, meaning that whatever happens you’ll wind up broke.
This bill makes clear what we’ve all known for a long time: Joe Biden considers proud gun owners like you and me to be enemies, enemies that he needs to crush using the power of the state!
S. 3589 was just filed.
The co-sponsor push is just beginning in the Senate.
We’re told that a House companion bill may be filed very soon.
The GOP is weak right now. The House has a 1-vote majority and Senate Republicans betrayed us when they voted for Biden’s massive federal gun control bill in 2022.
We need to pour on the pressure, now, to make sure that Senators Barrasso and Lummis know what we expect. Sign your petition!

I’ve been involved in the fight for gun rights for a very long time and I’ve never seen attacks like this coming from our own government. I doubt you have, either.
