If the tyrannical b@st@rds who are trying to enslave our entire country would leave us alone, gun owners could stop fighting in court around the clock and just live our lives.
But they won’t.
So we can’t.
That’s why WYGO just filed a Cert Petition with the United States Supreme Court last month, challenging Illinois’ AR-15 ban (which will help us here in Wyoming).
But Biden is the greatest tyrant to sit in the White House in our lifetime. And his new Executive Order is nothing less than a ‘kill shot’ to the Second Amendment.
That’s why WYGO is preparing legal action against Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and the ATF in Federal District Court! But I need your help to pull this off, and I need it FAST!

Here is where things stand.
The Supreme Court’s Bruen decision from 2022 made it very clear that ALL gun control laws (past, present, and future) must show a ‘historical precedent’ to prove their constitutionality.
That should have ended Biden’s legislative attacks in Congress, and each of the Executive Orders that he has signed, too. But as we all know, Joe Biden is a senile, angry tyrant.
So instead of complying with Bruen, Biden has just signed a new Executive Order that completely redefines what a firearms dealer is, allowing the ATF to declare war on gun owners!
For decades now, the ATF has defined a gun dealer as someone who both derives their living from selling firearms AND who makes a profit doing it.
Biden’s new rule redefines a dealer as anyone selling a firearm with the intent to make any ‘pecuniary gain.’
The impact of this change is impossible to overstate. With almost no exceptions, this rule criminalizes the private sale of firearms and allows Biden to unleash the ATF on anyone who they think sold a gun for a profit, unless they notify NICS.
In fact, they don’t need to even prove you made a profit.
Under Biden’s rule, the mere ‘intent’ of selling a firearm for profit without federal permission would be a felony crime that could land you in federal prison for 5 years for each sale!
The only way to be safe is to stop all private firearm sales…and that’s the point of this rule. Ending private sales.
For Biden’s handlers, this is about revenge.
They’ve spent three years trying to criminalize the private sale of firearms in Congress without success. So instead, they bypassed Congress and issued this rule as an Executive Order.
No legislation was filed. There was no committee hearing. This is no roll call vote of who supported this. Biden just snapped his fingers and decreed this… like a king.
The impact of this rule is severe. Biden’s new rule means that 40% of the tables you see at a gun show will be gone.
Popular online sites that facilitate gun sales may close.
Retailers that sell gun parts would be impacted.
Worst of all, this rule makes it a felony for gun owners to even sell firearms between their friends and family, instituting Chicago-style universal background checks NATIONWIDE!
This means that there is nowhere to go to escape this.
I get calls from gun owners every day who tell me that they are planning to move “down south” when the kids are gone or when they retire, just to breathe free air again.
But this order means that gun owners in Florida and even Tennessee would live under the same gun registry laws New York does!
This is gun control by executive fiat.
Obviously, there is no legislative fix to this.
The fight to invalidate this rule needs to take place in federal court. And that’s why Wyoming Gun Owners and our national affiliate are preparing to drag Joe Biden into court as soon as we can, after the rule takes effect on May 20.

While we are still finalizing details on which district to sue in, I can tell you that this will be the biggest legal action in WYGO’s history — and we’re going to need your help.
Our legal team specializes in suing liberal state governments and the White House. Fighting tyrants in court is what they do.
But we need your help to unleash our lawyers against Joe Biden and the DOJ, and we need it right away!
I’ve already approved an initial budget of $50,000. This will cover the initial rounds of research, client intake, and the cost of filing the underlying lawsuit.
From there, we’ll need to have them file a preliminary injunction request with the court. If that is granted, this rule will be on hold until the court can rule on the actual lawsuit.
The cost of preparing and filing the injunction will vary based on a couple of factors. But at a minimum, we’ll need to plan on needing another $25,000 for this stage.
Assuming the judge doesn’t side with us at the district level, we’ll need to appeal to the full Circuit Court. If we lose at this level, we will be ready to file our appeal before the United States Supreme Court.
And to be honest, that’s where this case is headed.
Each new step, from an appeal to Circuit Court to an appeal to the United States Supreme Court, will incur more legal fees.
For the moment, we are working to lock in the $75,000 we need to handle the research, client intake, filing and drafting of the lawsuit, and the preliminary injunction.I know it’s a lot of money.
But we don’t have a choice.
We MUST drag Joe Biden into federal court, or the federal government will have a list of every gun owner in the country and gun owners will be facing bogus felony charges.
Worse, if this rule stands, Biden will be free to bypass Congress and unleash a wave of Executive Orders attacking the 2nd Amendment until there is nothing left!
That is the Left’s goal. They want to obliterate our Second Amendment so that only the government and criminals have guns.
We must stop this! And that means dragging Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and the ATF into Federal Court!
