‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation is the most dangerous threat facing gun owners today for the simple fact that it allows a liberal judge to order the confiscation of your firearms before you’ve been arrested, tried, or convicted of anything.
In most cases, a bogus complaint can be PHONED IN against you by an embittered personal enemy (think ex-spouse.) And because ‘Red Flag’ laws always contain an ex-parte provision, you won’t know anything about the complaint against you until the cops are at your door.
It’s outrageous.
‘Red Flag’ laws shred the idea of ‘due process,’ they absolutely obliterate the concept of ‘innocent until proven guilty,’ and they give virtually unlimited power to anti-gun judges who hate gun owners.
But when these unconstitutional gun confiscation laws are supported by back-stabbing Republican moderates like Liz Cheney — it makes my blood begin to boil!
You see, just days ago, Liz Cheney stood on the floor of the House of Representatives and voted to mandate ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ in the United States military!
Of course, Liz Cheney didn’t think that anyone would catch on to what she did. That’s because this ‘Red Flag’ language was intentionally tucked inside of the 1,362 page long National Defense Authorization Act — the annual budget for the military — in hopes that gun owners wouldn’t find out.

When she voted to force ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ onto our incredible military, Liz Cheney did so alongside of America-hating ghouls like Jerry Nader (D-NY,) Eric Swalwell (D-CA,) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL)!
Feel free to call Liz Cheney and demand that she apologize to gun owners in Wyoming for voting to subject the members of our military to ‘Red Flag’ laws. Her number is 202-225-2311.
H.R. 4350 now goes on to the United States Senate, which means that we can still defeat this legislation if we act fast.
So please contact Senators John Barrasso and Cynthia Lummis right away using the information below. Tell them to ‘VOTE NO’ on H.R. 4350!
