We are on the 5-yard line on finishing the fight over SAPA today in the Wyoming legislature, but the bill is coming under attack and I need your immediate help!
SAPA passed the Senate two weeks ago, and we passed the House committee last week, along with two of three floor votes.
We’re on the consent list for the final vote today.
But I just learned that an amendment has been filed on SAPA moments ago, which will remove it from the consent list and require debating this bill again on the floor this morning!
If this amendment passes, it could destroy the entire bill!
Please send this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL to your State Representative immediately, telling him/her to VOTE NO on any amendments filed to SF-196, and to VOTE YES on the bill itself.
We need SAPA badly here in Wyoming, to get ready for the next Democratic President who wants to use Wyoming cops to enforce federal gun control laws against us!
While the House is far more conservative than it’s been in years past, there are still hard core RINOs in that chamber who are looking for a chance to crush SAPA.
They tried to do this to Stand-Your-Ground. They tried to do this to ‘Gun Free Zone’ repeal. They tried to do this last year on our bill to ban ‘Red Flag’ laws.
Don’t let them get away with this. Send your State Rep. your PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL immediately!
